This lower back program focuses on creating better interaction of the pelvic hip complex with the T spine and ankle.

Encouraging optimal motion in the pelvic ring (hip) will decrease compressive forces in the spine specifically at the lower spine.

This will result in improved movement efficiency and decreased discomfort.

An important component in reducing discomfort in this region is hydration (water) of the systems (tissues) of the body.
